Martial arts foster courtesy, mutual respect and sociability. ·Martial arts helps hyperactive kids to limit their activities, feelings and craving for attention. They become more passive. Martial arts acts as an outlet through which hyperactive kids can dispose their excess energy. Martial arts refines the cognitive process of children and helps them to think clearly, rationally and quickly. Dyslexic kids can overcome their fundamental learning difficulties through martial arts ·Compulsive repetition of stereotypical movements and love for order are symptoms in autism and Asperger’s Syndrome. Such kids repeat their activities. Some of them retrace their steps constantly. Some arrange things in order repeatedly. Washing hands repeatedly is another symptom. Repetitive movements in martial arts quench such compulsions to certain extend and help to reduce repetitive activities. · Autistic kids often take things literally. They sometimes do not comprehend complicated notions, for example, sarcasm. Some kids cannot associate a succession of information quickly.
